From this humble little start Glenfiddich has gone on to be a household name and has introduced a number of innovations over the years. One of these has been to convert the distillery truck to run on biogas made from waste products at the distillery. How cool is that! Glenfiddich 21 Years Old Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish Cask Selection #39 has been aged for 21 years and finished in rum casks. This gives the whisky a caramel and oak note. The palate has notes of dark fruits, apple, leather and a touch of spiciness. The finish is long and warm.
