Laphroaig 14 Year Old “Willem by Willem” 53.7% 700ml

The Laphroaig 14 Year Old “Willem by Willem” is a 2026 limited-edition Islay single malt crafted with actor Willem Dafoe. Embracing a “no rules” philosophy, it features no official tasting notes, inviting drinkers to interpret the liquid themselves.

Matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon barrels and heavily finished in Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky is non-chill filtered, natural in color, and bottled at a robust 53.7% ABV. The profile balances Laphroaig’s signature medicinal peat smoke, sea brine, and iodine with rich sherry notes of dried figs, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee on a thick, oily finish.
