Lindores Single Malt Scotch Whisky MCDXCIV (1494), the first whisky to be produced at Lindores in over 500 years. Regarded as the spiritual home of whisky and the ‘officially recognised’ site of the first recorded distillation of Scotch whisky back in 1494! The whisky is excellent. It’s been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and STR red wine casks, then bottled at 46% vol.
