The first is in a series of annual limited releases from Master Blender Michael Henry.
The Cooper’s Collection edition is distilled exclusively from 100% malted barley in a bespoke copper Continuous “Coffey” still. Michael has carefully selected some of Loch Lomond’s older whiskies and, working with the dedicated Coopers team, has finished them in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks to bring out the natural flavours of the single grain whiskies.
The bottles have been bottled at 50% alcohol and come in exclusive gift purple tubes. The whisky is natural in colour and has not been coloured or chill filtered. We recommend serving neat or with an ice cube.
