Paddy whiskey is a brand of 8-proof blended Irish whiskey produced in cork, Ireland, by the company Irish distillers. It is Ireland’s third best selling whiskey. The nose is fresh and lively, aromatic a complex interplay of nutty maltiness, woodland fragrances and spice with hints of honey and vanilla. The taste is mild, soft, a distinctive mellow maltiness, a touch of sweet oil, spiciness and again those background notes of honey, vanilla, toasted wood. The finish has a sweetness gently fading, mellow maltiness and mild woody notes lingering pleasingly.
