This is the second installment in the distillery’s Lunar New Year series, following the 2025 “Year of the Snake” release.

is a limited-edition Speyside single malt, crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker for the Lunar New Year 2026. Matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso sherry, and virgin oak casks, it is bottled at 48% ABV, offering notes of forest fruits, stem ginger, and honey.
This release marks the second installment in the distillery’s Lunar New Year series, celebrating the “Year of the Fire Horse” with packaging designed by Scottish artist Kayley Barbour.
