Distilled at Buffalo Trace, this Kentucky straight bourbon is an exceptionally smooth expression, owing to a mash bill that substitutes wheat for the more commonly used rye.

This edition, C.Y.P.B, stands for Craft Your Own Bourbon: an online experiment where whisky drinkers were asked to choose their ideal bourbon recipe, proof, warehouse location and age.

Of the 100,239 people who took part, the vast majority settled on the same criteria: a Wheated Bourbon aged for 8 years at the top of the warehouse and bottled between 90 and 99 proof.

This bottling comes at 47.5% ABV.
